However, you can also choose to wait a while and develop your new domain to increase traffic and get a much better bid whenever you go back to the domain name auction. However, matching domains to sellers has become a big business and many big name companies are working hard to facilitate domain name auctions - for an ever-increasing price. Sites like Sedo and Afternic have dominated the domain sales market for years but are costly and recently doubled their fees. So make sure you list yourself in as many possible domain name auctions as you can. Keep your eye out for free domain name auctions, because they will be the cheapest and will give you maximum exposure for the price you will pay.
