Did you know that you can make money buying domain names? It's really easy, and sometimes you just get lucky! Here is an example of mine that I had in the last few months that I didn't take advantage of, but serve the purposes of our discussion.

Back in March or so, I bought a domain called arizonadance.com. I was lucky because I had found a fantastic deal (I think the provider had mis-evaluated the value and it just registered very cheap in their system) - only $500 for the domain.

Well time passed and the things I tried didn't work, so I just recovered my money and let a friend take over it that I was working with on. I check a few weeks later and see that the domain arizona-dance.com is retailing for $1500! Imagine the value of MY domain if I had stuck with it and just sold it!

So, yes. You can make money buying domain names - and it often just takes the confidence to follow through on your plans and sacrifice your dreams (or redirect them) in lieu of a good profit when the times are right.
