Well, not really - not when you consider the guy who owns it.

I desperately wanted to buy this thing, but when I found out the owner wanted no less than 50,000$ for it, I flipped. I ran a WHOIS query and his Alexa rank was really poor, and monthly revenue probably a few dollars from his pay-per-click. It was pretty shoddy. I sent the domain name appraisal to the guy and still nothing - now he indicated he wants a minimum of $100,000 and has a build up strategy.
